Salary
We are committed to ensuring our employees receive fair and competitive pay. Our salaries are regularly reviewed and benchmarked against industry standards. With performance-related pay, all employees have the opportunity to progress through their pay bands based on the skills and behaviours they demonstrate throughout the performance management cycle.

Holiday Entitlement
All full-time employees enjoy 28 days of annual leave plus bank holidays. This allowance is pro-rated for part-time employees, ensuring everyone can take well-deserved time off.

Pension
We provide our staff with an approved workplace pension scheme, featuring an employer contribution of 6%. Employees are required to contribute a minimum of 2% to be part of this valuable scheme.

Hours of Work and Flexible Working
The standard working week at ARYP C.I.C is 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday. Depending on the role, evening and weekend work may be required. We are dedicated to empowering our team with flexible working arrangements, allowing individuals to structure their work around personal commitments while meeting business needs. All flexible working requests are considered positively.

Learning and Development
At ARYP C.I.C, we believe in investing in our people. We offer a variety of training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
