While we do not currently offer paid roles, we are always welcoming new volunteers who want to get involved and contribute to meaningful community work.

Learning and Development

At ARYP C.I.C, we believe in investing in our people. We offer a variety of training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. Many of our courses are accredited or contribute towards specific qualifications. We also provide financial support and/or study leave for those pursuing professional qualifications.

Support our youth sessions and activities by helping to create a safe, positive and engaging environment for young people. This may include assisting with activities, offering encouragement and helping young people feel included

Assist with the planning and running of community events. This could involve setting up venues, welcoming guests, supporting activities or helping ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.

Support our online presence by helping with social media, photography, content creation or promoting our events and initiatives within the community.

Help deliver workshops, group activities and community programmes. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with groups and supporting learning or creative activities.

Help with behind-the-scenes tasks such as organising information, coordinating communications or supporting basic administrative duties that keep the organisation running efficiently

For those who are happy to help where needed. This flexible role supports different areas of our work depending on current projects and activities.
